Here you can request a return or submit a claim regarding your order.
How It Works

- Select the product and choose the reason for your request
- Upload photos or videos if required
Important Information Before Submitting Your Request
- Return or claim requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
- All requests are reviewed individually before approval
- Return instructions and return addresses are provided only after approval
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition
Please note:
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs
- Some approved returns may need to be shipped to an international return facility depending on supplier and warehouse location
- Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons
Claims (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible.

For approved claims, Lamsa may offer:
- A replacement product
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Store credit
In many approved cases, returning the item will not be required.
