At Lamsa, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish and EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within the withdrawal period before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories, tags, and included items
- Be suitable for resale
Lamsa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Opened cosmetics or beauty products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Earrings and certain personal accessories
These restrictions are in accordance with applicable consumer protection and hygiene regulations.
International Returns
As Lamsa works with international suppliers and fulfillment partners, approved returns may need to be sent to an international return facility depending on the product and warehouse location.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to avoid damage during transit.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us process your request efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos
- Video documentation
- Order details
For approved cases, Lamsa may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement product
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Store credit
In many cases, returning the item will not be required.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items under the right of withdrawal.
If the return is due to an error caused by Lamsa, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the related costs will be covered by us where applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, we recommend placing a new order separately after your return request has been processed.
Refund Processing
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Most refunds are processed within 3–14 business days
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable in all cases
Refused or Unauthorized Returns
Lamsa reserves the right to refuse:
- Unauthorized returns
- Returns sent to the wrong address
- Returns that do not comply with our instructions
- Returns showing signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by shipping
Lost or Failed Returns
Lamsa is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
