1. Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship within Sweden.

We are continuously working to expand our shipping options to additional countries in the future.


2. How Long Is the Delivery Time?

Estimated delivery times within Sweden:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics operations, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.


3. Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over 399 SEK within Sweden.

Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Why Is My Order Taking Longer Than Expected?

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Logistics disruptions

5. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take approximately 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Why Did I Receive Multiple Packages?

To offer a wider product selection and efficient fulfillment, some orders may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately at no additional shipping cost.

Lamsa works with carefully selected suppliers and fulfillment partners to provide products that combine quality, functionality, and value.

We continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to improve our product selection.


8. Will Products Look Exactly Like the Pictures?

We strive to display products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Screen settings
  • Manufacturing batches
  • Packaging updates
  • Supplier variations

Minor differences do not necessarily indicate defects.


Returns & Refunds

9. Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be canceled within approximately 2 hours after purchase.

After this period, the order may already have entered processing and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.


10. What Is Your Return Policy?

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Products must be in original condition and packaging
  • Return requests must be approved before shipment

Please note:

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs
